Our Story

One oven, every morning

We started selling loaves off a card table at the Saturday market. Word got around. Now there's a storefront, but the same two hands still shape every loaf.

If it's in the case, it was made this morning. When it's gone, it's gone. Come early.

Everything is made the morning you buy it.

No day-olds, no freezer. If the case is empty, we sold out. That's the whole idea.
