Family cantina in Marfa

Recipes that didn't come from a book.

Slow-cooked, hand-pressed, and made the way abuela made it. Margaritas poured heavy, tables that stay full.

Slow-cooked, the way abuela made it

Our Story

Three sisters, one kitchen

Our mother ran a taco stand outside the feed store for twenty years. When she retired, we couldn't let the recipes go with her.

Same masa, same slow-cooked pork, same margarita mix she'd never write down. You'll taste it.

The tortillas are pressed by hand, every plate.

No shortcuts, no machine. It takes longer. That's why it tastes like it does.
